About Aza Wintersieck

Aza obtained his real estate license on his 18th birthday in Colorado and began his real estate career in his parents’ office in southern Colorado. He holds a BS (2006) and MA (2007) in Business from Colorado State University, Pueblo. After college, Aza spent two years in large scale land development and project management. As the son of a master carpenter, Aza has an additional 15 years of experience working on residential remodeling and construction projects and uses this knowledge to even better serve his clients.

Aza’s wife is a professor (currently at VCU) and her job has taken his family all over the United States, starting with a relocation to Phoenix Arizona in 2010 where Aza launched a new real estate business. He consistently helped at least 30 clients per year through his keen understanding of market trends and ability to transfer this understanding to his clients in order to help them achieve their goals.

In 2015, Aza relocated again, this time to Chattanooga Tennessee. For the second time he built a business by focusing on stellar customer service, and the ability to educate his clients on the market and the process in order to help them achieve their goals.

“My goal is to educate my clients so they can make the best decisions for themselves and their families”

As a recent transplant to Richmond, Aza enjoys using his education, unique perspective, and extensive real estate and construction experience to help his clients understand the latest trends and changes in real estate, whether they’re transplants like him, or have lived here their whole life.

When Aza’s not helping clients, you can find him enjoying Richmond’s wonderful food scene, cooking, woodworking, out hiking, or at a local winery with his spouse Amanda.
